Come SELL your used clothes with Hijabae! We will also be having our pop-up where you can purchase some of our amazing finds! Some common FAQ’s for drop-offs:
| Q: How does pricing work? |
| A: We will price your items between $1 – $5, with rare exceptions below or above. Pricing will depend on the quality of your products. Prices are non-negotiable. |

| Q: What types of items can I bring? |
| A: Please see the intake criteria on our website for more detailed information. In general, we are looking for: |
- Modest wear that has been gently worn (1-3 times)
- In good condition (no rips, stains, tags missing, etc).
| Q: What items can I NOT bring? |
| A: We are NOT looking for: |
- Hijab undercaps
- Underwear clothing (ex. panties, undershirts, bras, etc),
- Cultural-specific clothing (ex. Pakistani kurta)
- Non-Islamic books
- Clothes that are not islamically compliant (ex. with slits, rips, see-through, too short, skin-tight, etc).
| Q: How will the clothing drop-offs work? |
- Step one: Visit our locations listed above with your items.
- Step two: We will inspect the items according to our intake criteria. If they pass the criteria, we will offer you a non-negotiable quote for them, which you can reject or accept.
- Step three: If accepted, we will collect your items and create an invoice to be paid within the week.
- NOTE: DROP-OFFS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. If we have too many drop-offs and exceed our budget, we will not be able to pay you for your items. However, you still have the option to donate your items.
| A: YES! You can definitely donate items, as long as they pass our intake criteria. Items that do not pass this criteria, donated or not, will NOT be accepted. |
| Q: What if I am not able to access these locations, but still want to sell? |
| A: If you are in Ontario, you can always wait until we announce our next drop-off location. We currently plan to have at least one per month. If you are outside of Ontario, you can ship your clothes to us! Send us an email at info@hijabaedesigns.com with images of your clothes, and we will quote them for you. Important note: Hijabae does NOT cover shipping costs or VAT fees. |
| Q: How can I BUY from you? |
| A: You can always buy our items at our online store. Our upcoming pop-up events are at the MAC convention and Wilfred Laurier University where you can see our items physically and even try them on! |
