Hijabae accepts refunds, and does NOT accept returns. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have a digital reciept or record of your purchase. To apply for a refund, you must fill out the form below, which requires you to provide:
- Order number of purchase
- Date of purchase
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week. Payment will be a partial amount of the selling price minus cost of acquisition. For example, if an item was $20 (excluding shipping costs) and costed Hijabae $4 to acquire, you will be refunded $16.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
